Workshop: Bioinformatics

Genomics of Fish Pathogens Workshop

Sunday 10 September 2023

09:00 - 17:00

At the 21st EAFP Conference Aberdeen 2023, we will be hosting a Genomics of Fish Pathogens workshop for early career researchers (ECRs). We are excited to give researchers who have no or minimal experience with doing bioinformatics their first shot at working with genomics data. You will start with learning basic command-line techniques, which you will then use to analyse bacterial pathogen data. The skills covered will help build a foundation for you to begin to tackle genomics data of different kinds.
