UK Visa
If you are planning to attend ICBM 2020 and wish to confirm whether you will need a UK visa please follow the link to the UK government website:
If you need a letter of support for your Visa application please firstly register (indicate on the registration form that you will require a Visa support letter), and pay, to attend the Congress. Once we have cleared payment we will then issue a Visa support letter.
If your Visa application is unsuccessful we will issue a full refund of your Congress attendance fees up until one month prior to the Congress (19th July 2020).
Please note:
· Registrations can only be completed with a professional, business or Academic email address. Unfortunately, we cannot send Visa support documentation to any free email addresses (gmail, Yahoo, Google, Hotmail etc).
· We cannot guarantee that any Hotel bookings are refundable, please check with the individual Hotels cancellation policy. Alternatively delay reserving your accommodation until your Visa has been granted.
· To reiterate we will not send any Visa support letters until you have registered and paid to attend the Congress.

We encourage our delegates to apply for visas as early as possible. Applications can be made up to three months in advance of the planned date of travel.
Prepare your application and supporting documents carefully. Submitting only an invitation letter in support of an application may not give the Entry Clearance Officer all the necessary information to be satisfied that you are qualified for entry. To support your application, you should gather evidence of your circumstances, employment, ability to meet the costs of the trip and details of where you will be staying and why you are visiting the UK.
