FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Society Membership

Q I don’t know my membership number. How do I find it?
A You should be able to find your membership number from the receipt you obtained from Wiley when you joined. Please don’t contact the conference organisers as they don’t hold this information. If you can’t find your number please contact Caroline Alcock at Wileys: calcock@wiley.com

Q My co-author and I have had our paper accepted to the conference.  I am already a member of the society.  My co-author isn’t, though due to a scheduling conflict they will be the one to present on the day.  Do both of us need to be members of the society or is my membership valid to enable my co-author to present on my behalf?
A All presenting authors must be members of the Society so yes, your co-author will need to join.

Lost and Found

During the conference, any lost property should be turned in to the registration desk on Level 2 in the St Andrews building. All unclaimed items at the end of the conference will be handed over to venue security.
