Are papers published in conference proceedings?
The accepted abstracts will be published in a Conference Proceeding Abstract book.

Is the Conference available virtually?
No, there are no current plans for this Conference to be available in a virtual format.

My submission has been accepted, do I need to attend in person?
Each successful submission requires a minimum of one registered presenting author to attend in person. If you cannot attend yourself, you can nominate a co-presenter. Research cannot be shared without an attending presenting author.
Online or pre-recorded presentations will not be accepted.

My submission was rejected/unsuccessful, will you reconsider for another format?
No, unfortunately. All submissions were considered for alternative formats before the final decision was made.

I need to add a co-author to my submission, how do I do this?
Please email with the name and affiliation for the presenter(s). Please remember to quote your paper number.


What does my registration include?
Your registration includes access to all of the academic conference sessions, conference programme, App, refreshments including lunch. 

Do I need to pay to attend?
Yes, all delegates, including those presenting an accepted submission have to pay to attend the Conference. 

I need a visa invitation letter, can you provide this?
Yes, we can support with visa invitation letters, there are just a few conditions that need to be met before we can issue this.
1. A registration must be completed using a professional organisation/institution email address (not qq, gmail or similar)
2. Payment must be submitted for your booking via a bank transfer (select invoice at the time of booking), card transactions will not be accepted as a form of payment for visa requests
3. Once the above has been completed, please contact, we will then request the information required for your visa invitation letter.

What countries are eligible for the Lower Middle Income Rate?

What payment methods are accepted?
Credit or Debit Card (Visa/Mastercard). American Express is not accepted.
Bank transfer - please select invoice at the time of booking. Payment terms on invoices are 30 days.
To pay via card over the phone, please call +44 1332 227777. You will need to select invoice as your preferred method to submit your booking.

What are your hours of operation?
Our usual hours of operation are 09.00-17.00 (BST) Monday - Friday. If you contact us outside of this time, your query will be answered during our operating hours.

What is the event cancellation policy?
Completion of the booking form is a binding financial contract of payment of the delegate fee. If you can no longer attend, or your circumstances change, cancellations must be received in writing (via email to by Monday 29 July 2024 to receive a refund; however an administration fee of £50+VAT (£60.00) will be charged. After this date cancellations cannot be accepted or payment refunded. We are happy to receive substitute delegates, please contact us in writing to provide details. If you fail to attend the event, without written notice as detailed above, you will still be liable for payment.

Will Continuing Education Units be offered?
Yes. More information will be added here as it becomes available.
