My name is Darren James. My Position/Role in CTS is Contract Manager - NIW Contract C1034 - Total FM Contract for above ground maintenance for both reactive & planned preventative maintenance works. Managing a team that includes Project Managers, Supervisors, Sub Contractors, Tradesmen and helpdesk operatives across Civil Engineering, Building & Specialist Trades for all NIW properties in the South East region.

I have 31 Years working in the Construction Industry within site, senior management, and consultancy roles. Graduate of Bolton University & Member of CIOB & ICES.  Experience completing commercial & contractual roles for both Clients & Contractors on private & public projects up to £380m in value. Specialist experience in physical perimeter security & metalwork projects to Home Office standards.

My name is Serena Hylands.  I have worked for CTS for 9 years.  I am the Director of Business Development and I am responsible for IT, Health & Safety and Procurement within the business. 

I completed a Law Degree (LLB) at Queens University in 2005.  I worked in a local solicitor firm in Newry and gained invaluable experience of professional legal life.  I was awarded a place at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in 2009 and I qualified as a solicitor in 2011.  Due to a downturn in legal work, I found myself looking for a new opportunity / challenge which is when I began to work for CTS.  I worked on securing new contracts, gaining ISO company accreditations, and advancing IT practices within the business. Throughout my years at CTS I also gained my NEBOSH qualification in Health & Safety, ISO internal auditor qualification, NEC 3 & 4 accreditations and a Diploma in Business Management.
