Carol Ferry
Carol has worked within the Procurement function at NI Water for over 15 years. She has spent her entire Procurement career at NI Water and in 2009 qualified as a Procurement professional. Carol has extensive experience in tendering under the Utilities Regulations and within the past few years has successfully trained as a quality auditor and is also now certified as an ISO 9001 auditior. Carol's main role within the team is to quality assure the tender process.
Claire Brown
Claire has worked at NI Water for over 2 years. Initially joining the organisation as a Business Change Communications Manager, Claire now works supporting multiple projects within the Commercial function. Most recently Claire has supported the Brexit Readiness project and Covid-19 planning team, ensuring both internal and external stakeholders have been supported throughout the changes. Claire’s role also involves actively engaging with the supply chain helping to ensure the organisation’s partnerships continue to deliver an exceptional service for NI Water customers.
Claire Christie
Claire has worked in NI Water for 4 years. Starting as project support for the Commercial price control project, Claire now works in the Commercial Management Office delivering an effective and efficient business performance service, ensuring there is:
· Value driven from category and contract management and captured through delivered benefits
· Continuous improvement of commercial processes & procedures
· A performance driven environment with clear targets, measurement and meaningful reporting
Paul Veronica
Paul has worked at NI Water for 13years. Having gained extensive experience of its operations through various roles within Work Control, Water Business Unit and Business Improvement, Paul has most recently joined the Commercial Contract Management team where he is helping manage the Customer Billing and Corrections Contract.
