Ian Presho - Senior Category Manager Procurement Team

Ian has worked at NI Water for almost 3 years. Working within the Integrated Procurement team, Ian's role involves creating and managing the NIW supply frameworks which are used by both Capital Delivery Partners and NI Water operational colleagues to procure items of key plant and equipment at competitive commercial terms whilst maintaining quality, improving standardisation and leveraging manufacturers expertise to improve processes and efficiency.


Dean Campbell - Senior Category Manager Procurement Team

Dean has worked at NI Water for over 12 years. Working within the Operational Procurement team Dean manages a portfolio of facilities management contracts worth over £24m and a portfolio of M&E contracts worth over £124m. As Senior Category Manager Dean is responsible for forming the strategic plan for facilities management and M&E, and working with the business to successfully deliver NI Water's tender programme and resulting contracts, at all times ensuring compliance with public procurement policy and the Utilities Regulations.


Lisa Crossey - Category Manager          Procurement Team

Lisa has worked at NI Water for over 3 years. Working within the Operational Procurement team Lisa's role involves managing contracts such as the maintenance of generators, high voltage equipment, gas monitors and breathing apparatus. Additional contracts that Lisa is also responsible for within the M&E category include lifting and fall arrest equipment, electrical inspection, testing & remedial services. 


Michael McCarter - Category Manager  Procurement Team

Michael has worked at NI Water for almost 14 years. Working in various roles across Procurement and Category Management, his current role within the Integrated Procurement team involves developing tendering opportunities for capital works and operational requirements for Mechanical and Electrical equipment such as compressors, blowers, electrical actuators and valves.


Stephen Devlin - Senior Contract Manager Commercial Contract Management Team

Stephen has worked at NI Water for over 20 years in a number roles including Water Supply and Mechanical and Electrical. Working within the Commercial Contract Management team, Stephen manages a portfolio of contracts worth approximately £80m. Stephen has previously worked in the private sector for Mullen Electrical. 


Kieran Harkin - Senior Contract Manager  Commercial Contract Management Team

Kieran has worked at NI Water for over 30 years. Working within the Commercial Contract Management team, Kieran currently manages a range of contract portfolios including Facilities Management, Fleet and Operational Services and Compliance with an estimated value of over £30M. Kieran has previously held various M&E roles within the Customer Operations teams delivering a wide range of planned, reactive, statutory and non-statutory maintenance across all of NIW assets.


Stewart Hunter - Contract Manager      Commercial Contract Management Team

Stewart has worked at NI Water for 10 years. Working within the Commercial Contract Management team, Stewart's role involves being responsible for Mechanical & Electrical contracts, including the M&E First Response installation and repair, pump supply and installation, screening equipment and chlorine maintenance contracts. Stewart currently manages a portfolio of contracts worth over £35m. 


Francie McElwee - Contract Manager  Commercial Contract Management Team

Francie has worked at NI Water for 18 years. Working within the Commercial Contract Management team, Francie's role involves managing a varied portfolio of contracts including Fleet, Plant, Generator Maintenance, LEAPS and the provision of PPE.  Francie has worked in both the private and public sector where he has built over 33 years experience in Mechanical Engineering
