I am the Technical Services Manager for Graham working on the M&E First Response and Maintenance Contract for NI Water. I am responsible for the daily operational delivery of the contract. I have over 23 years’ experience working on Water and Wastewater Sites on behalf of NIW. Initially I began working as an Instrument Technician in the Water Industry which included working in the field of essential maintenance and reactive works across a wide variety of equipment in all types of NI Water Installations. I have experience in the refurbishment and installation at both water and wastewater pumping stations from initial planning stages to final commissioning. 

I am the Regional Contracts Manager working at Graham since 2014. I was originally employed to deliver the Properties Department Northern Framework Contract, with a turnover exceeding £18M p.a. This involved a mixture of Facilities Management across an estate consisting of 365 properties as well as a variety of Construction projects. I managed an office staff of 30 employees, 60 GAM engineers and a selected team of 40 Supply Chain Partners delivering high priority Reactive works PPMs, Remedial and MTC projects, culminating in an overall team of some 200 personnel. I currently manage the ‘Above Ground’ FM and M&E Telemetry Contracts for NI Water. This entails Reactive and Minor Works projects across a specific sector within the NI Water Framework and has an annual turnover of 3.5M. My main role is to build and maintain positive client relationships, becoming the partner of choice and ensure Graham have a Health & Safety record. I also work to ensure that the Graham team have adequate resources to deliver the contract and meet the growth plans, continue to communicate all relevant aspects of contract to staff to develop ownership model, achieving highest possible standards in terms of quality, SHE and sustainability.
