Karen McDowell - Innovation Manager

Karen has worked at NI Water for over 34 years. Working within the Asset Management Team , Karen is responsible for Research Development and the Innovation strategy within  NI Water. This includes the identification and piloting of Innovative solutions within the business and collaboration with suppliers, academia and other water companies.  Karen's background is extremely varied having held roles in Asset Delivery, Energy Management, Engineering Standards and specifications, M&E operations and Invest to Save projects.
