Dean Campbell - Senior Category Manager Procurement Team

Dean has worked at NI Water for over 12 years. Working within the Operational Procurement team Dean manages a portfolio of facilities management contracts worth over £5m per annum and a portfolio of M&E contracts worth over £14m per annum. As Senior Category Manager Dean is responsible for forming the strategic plan for facilities management and M&E, and working with the business to successfully deliver NI Water's tender programme and resulting contracts, at all times ensuring compliance with public procurement policy and the Utilities Regulations.

Kieran Harkin - Senior Contracts Manager Commercial Contract Management Team

Kieran has worked at NI Water for over 30 years. Working within the Commercial Contract Management team, Kieran currently manages a range of contract portfolios including Facilities Management, Fleet and Operational Services and Compliance with an estimated value of over £30M. Kieran has previously held various M&E roles within the Customer Operations teams delivering a wide range of planned, reactive, statutory and non-statutory maintenance across all of NIW assets.
