InterTradeIreland

InterTradeIreland has been helping small businesses in Ireland and Northern Ireland explore new cross-border markets, develop new products, processes and services and become investor ready over the last 20 years.

Based in Newry and with 40 staff, our services include supports for sales growth and innovation, business funding and business insights to firms across the island, North and South, looking to grow their businesses.  It is the end of the transition period between the UK and the EU and a new trade agreement has now been agreed.  InterTradeIreland will keep you informed and continue to offer support and advice to cross-border traders via our dedicated Brexit advisory service.

As one of the cross-border bodies, InterTradeIreland, the Cross-Border Trade and Business Development Body, is funded by the Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation in Ireland (DBEI) and the Department for the Economy (DFE) in Northern Ireland.

We are a small organisation, with a big outreach. Over the past two decades we have assisted over 42,000 businesses, created/protected close to 16,000 new jobs and have generated more than €1.3bn in business development value.

As we look towards the next 20 years of supporting and growing cross-border trade and business development, InterTradeIreland will continue to deliver strategic outcomes based on our core values, which encapsulate the ethos of and the way the organisation relates to our stakeholders.
